A Message from Our Church Community:
Welcome to the family!
The Calgary Garden Road Seventh-Day Adventist Church is a warm, multicultural family of believers committed to living out God’s love in real, practical ways. We come from many backgrounds, but we share one mission: to provide a place for people to encounter God, grow in their faith, and make a difference in the world. Our doors are open to everyone who wants to grow in faith and experience God’s transforming love.

Our Vision
To empower and equip every person to grow in their faith and to serve others with love and compassion.

Our Mission
To provide a place for people to encounter God, grow in their faith, and make a difference in the world.

Our Beliefs
Sola Scriptura guides our faith, shapes our mission, and unites us as a church family.

Our Ministries
Serving, supporting, and strengthening our church family through faith, fellowship, and outreach.

By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.
JOHN 13:35

Guiding Our Church Family:
Our Pastors
We are grateful for the leadership of our pastors who provide spiritual guidance, leadership, and care for our church family, helping us grow in faith and service. Through their dedication and vision, they inspire us to live out our mission and strengthen our community.

I’m just a nobody, trying to tell everybody, about somebody, who can make a difference in their lives. His name is Jesus.
Beyond my love for nature, photography, food, family, and travel, my greatest joy is sharing Christ. As a pastor, I’ve led revivals and evangelistic series worldwide, witnessing hundreds come to Him. Yet, what would it mean if I myself did not make it to Heaven?
After more than 30 years of pastoral ministry with the Ontario Conference and serving as Vice President of the Alberta Conference, this assignment at Garden Road has been both exciting and fulfilling. I’m proud to be the lead Pastor of this church family and I invite you to come plan and grow with us.
Wayne Williams
Senior Pastor

I am nothing but a sinner saved by grace, and this grace—God’s saving grace—is what I want every person to experience.
My pastoral ministry is shaped by a deep enthusiasm for sharing God’s transformative power—given to us through faith, grace, and prayer—both within my communities and around the world. Beyond ministry, I enjoy cooking, baking, and playing soccer or ping‑pong, as well as travelling and reading.
I warmly invite you to join us each Wednesday evening and Saturday morning for a meaningful worship experience. And if you ever find yourself in need of prayer or support, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Let us live, praise, study, and encourage one another in faith according to God’s plan!

Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.
The Great Commission, MATTHEW 28:19–20
